Order Support

For faster assistance with an existing order, include:

your full name;
order number;
the email address used at checkout; and
a clear description of your request.

Do not send complete payment-card information by email.

Returns and Refunds

To request a return, email support@goidstoneoffice.com or use the return function available through your customer account.

After authorization, we will provide:

return instructions;
the correct return address; and
a prepaid return label.

GOIDSTONE OFFICE pays authorized return shipping costs.

Do not send a return to our registered company address unless we expressly instruct you to do so.

EU Withdrawal Requests

Eligible EU consumers may exercise their 14-day statutory withdrawal right by:

using the clearly identified electronic withdrawal function available through the customer account or order page; or
emailing an unequivocal withdrawal statement to support@goidstoneoffice.com.

A withdrawal notice is timely when submitted before the statutory deadline. Return authorization does not change the date on which the withdrawal right was exercised.
