GOIDSTONE OFFICE sells stationery, office supplies, desk organization products, planning products and study supplies.
Product pages describe the main characteristics, available options, price and included components.
Customers should review the product information before submitting an order.
2. Prices
Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the customer’s store market.
The total amount payable is shown before the order is submitted.
Standard shipping is free to the Netherlands, Germany, France, Belgium, Denmark, Austria and Luxembourg.
3. Payment
Depending on checkout availability, customer location and device, payment may be offered through:

4. Order Submission and Contract Formation
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products.
An automated order acknowledgement confirms that the order was received. A sales contract is formed when we expressly accept the order or dispatch it, depending on the checkout and order-confirmation process presented to the customer.
We may decline an order before acceptance for legitimate reasons, including unavailable stock, an unresolvable payment failure, suspected fraud, an unsupported delivery location or a clear pricing error.
If payment has already been collected for an order that cannot be accepted, it will be returned to the original payment method.
5. Processing and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders are not processed on weekends or Dutch public holidays. The business-day cut-off is 14:00 Netherlands time.
Carrier transit estimates after dispatch are:

Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg: 3–5 business days;

France, Denmark and Austria: 5–8 business days.

6. Risk and Delivery
For consumer purchases, risk of loss or damage passes when the customer, or a person designated by the customer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Ownership may remain with the seller until full payment has been received, where permitted by law.
7. Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers may request cancellation before dispatch through their customer account or by emailing support@goidstoneoffice.com.
We will confirm whether cancellation has been completed.
8. EU Right of Withdrawal
Eligible EU consumers may withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods, or after receiving the final item where an order is delivered separately.
Withdrawal may be submitted:

through the electronic withdrawal function available through the customer account or order page; or

by sending a clear statement to support@goidstoneoffice.com.
The customer must return the goods within 14 calendar days after receiving return instructions.
GOIDSTONE OFFICE provides a prepaid return label and pays authorized return shipping costs.
9. Commercial Return Policy
In addition to statutory rights, GOIDSTONE OFFICE offers a 30-calendar-day return period beginning on delivery.

10. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. A bank or payment provider may require an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.
For EU statutory withdrawals, applicable legal refund deadlines and reimbursement rights remain protected. Where permitted, reimbursement may be withheld until the goods are received or evidence of return is supplied.
11. Conformity and Defective Goods
EU consumers receive a statutory conformity guarantee of at least two years from delivery, or longer where mandatory national law applies.
Products must match their description, possess the qualities reasonably expected and be fit for their normal purpose.
Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or termination and refund.
12. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Any limitation applies only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
13. Governing Law and Consumer Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to GOID STONE TRADE LLC in Missouri, United States.
This choice does not deprive an EU consumer of mandatory protection available under the law of the country in which that consumer habitually resides.
Consumers may bring claims before any court having jurisdiction under mandatory applicable law.
