We aim to present product descriptions, prices, colors, dimensions, availability and images accurately.

Minor differences may arise because of screen settings, lighting, production tolerances or product updates. These differences do not limit any mandatory right relating to products that are defective, materially different from their description or otherwise non-conforming.

We may correct clear typographical, technical or pricing errors before accepting an order. If an error affects an accepted order, we will contact you and provide the options required by applicable law.

Purchases are also governed by our Terms of Sale, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

If these Terms conflict with a mandatory consumer-protection rule, the mandatory rule prevails.

9. Electronic Withdrawal

Eligible EU consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal through the clearly identified electronic withdrawal function available through the customer account or order page, or by emailing support@goidstoneoffice.com.

The electronic function will provide confirmation of the request by email.

10. Disclaimer and Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence or mandatory product-conformity obligations.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant contract was formed.

These limitations do not affect remedies available under mandatory consumer law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to GOID STONE TRADE LLC in the State of Missouri, United States, without excluding any mandatory consumer protection provided by the law of the country where an EU consumer habitually resides.

EU consumers may bring claims in any court that has jurisdiction under mandatory applicable law.
