Order Enquiries
When contacting us about an order, include:

Do not send complete payment-card details by email.
Returns
Returns require authorization and return instructions before shipment.
Contact support@goidstoneoffice.com or use the return function available through your customer account. We will provide the correct return address and a prepaid return label for an authorized return.
Do not send returns to the registered company address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
A request for authorization does not prevent an EU consumer from exercising the statutory right of withdrawal by sending a timely, unequivocal withdrawal notice.
Electronic Withdrawal
Eligible EU consumers may submit a withdrawal request through the clearly identified electronic withdrawal function available through the customer account or order page.
You may also exercise your right by emailing support@goidstoneoffice.com before the applicable deadline.
